• With the patient AWAKE, and the implants placed deflated, the patient and her partner can actually visualize her new size and comment as the procedure is actually taking place.EX: If she desires to be bigger!
  
  The saline implants allow for a 10-15% size increase.
  
  
• Saline implants allow for accommodation to account for different size breasts. Breasts are sisters, not twins, so it is rare that both implants are sized the same.
  
  
• Silicone implants require a bigger incision and are 3 times the cost. Also patients with silicone implants require MRI exams every 2-3 years to insure that the capsule is intact.
