Specifically approved by the FDA for the treatment of frown lines between the eyebrows, standard treatments may include removal of forehead lines and treatment of Crow’s feet lines around the eyes.

The wrinkles in the facial area make us look old and tired. When injected beneath the skin, BOTOX® Cosmetic causes the muscles to relax, so that the skin is no longer puckered.

The wrinkles begin to disappear within a few days after treatment leaving the skin with a smooth appearance. The effects of BOTOX® usually wear off in 4-6 months.

The tiny injections may cause some redness for a few hours, however they do not cause any down time. Patients may return to full activities and work immediately after treatment. Occasionally, some bruising may occur which will last a few days.
